Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Tripoli & flight to Benghazi

Arrive in Tripoli, where you’ll be welcomed and transferred to your hotel to meet the group, then head directly to the airport after lunch. In the afternoon, fly east to Benghazi and settle in for the night.

Day 2 – Ptolemais & Qasr Libya

Begin your exploration with Ptolemais, a rarely visited ancient city where time feels suspended. After walking through its evocative ruins, continue into the lush Green Mountains. Here, the Qasr Libya Museum awaits with its extraordinary collection of Byzantine mosaics — among the finest in the world. Overnight in Cyrene, surrounded by history and nature.

Day 3 – Cyrene, Apollonia & Ras al-Hilal

Spend the day uncovering the treasures of the Pentapolis. In Cyrene, explore the lower city with its statues still in place, then ascend to the acropolis for sweeping views of temples and columns. After lunch, continue to the seaside ruins of Apollonia, where marble pillars rise against the turquoise Mediterranean. End the day at Ras al-Hilal, admiring its intricate marble floors carved centuries ago. Return to Cyrene for the night.

Day 4 – Benghazi & Return to Tripoli

Journey back toward Benghazi, pausing for a short walk along its Corniche to reflect on the city’s resilience. Fly back to Tripoli, where your final evening offers time to savor the memories of Libya’s eastern wonders.

Day 5 – Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Mitiga Airport for your onward flight, bringing your Libyan adventure to a graceful close.
