After breakfast, travel to Sabratha, a stunning coastal Roman site and UNESCO World Heritage gem. Founded in the 6th century B.C. by the Canaanites, it later came under Carthaginian, Phoenician, Numidian, and Roman rule. Explore temples dedicated to Liber Pater, Serapis, Isis, and Hercules, alongside majestic public buildings and arenas. Returning to Tripoli, continue with a walking tour of the city’s 20th-century Italian architecture, especially the neighborhoods south of Martyrs’ Square. Dinner in a local restaurant and overnight at the Victoria Hotel.
